"Board of Directors" by Epsilon Wayne

We have had another amazing year at GSC. Your Board of Directors have worked hard to focus on three primary goals this year:

1) To increase traffic at GSC
2) To maintain a fun and safe work environment
3) To ensure only registered GSC escorts are authorized on the sim.

What we have done to achieve these goals:

1) To increase traffic at GSC:

Cherrylicious Doobie was appointed "Events Coordinator" on April 1st, 2008. Cherry has done an amazing job of contributing to goals 1 & 2 above by creating imaginative and fun parties at GSC weekly. The parties began on Fridays and boosted traffic immediately. Cherry has hired a great new DJ (Katt Milner) who does an amazing job! And she's even created a new "hump day" party on Wednesday evenings! The parties are "theme" based, and usually a prize is awarded to the GSC girl who is voted best in the theme! By coordinating these parties, Cherry has very clearly met her own three goals:

- Stimulate interest and attendance by the Cherry18 girls by providing some fun activities.
- Stimulate customer interest and attendance by providing a fun and interesting forum to present the girls to current and prospective customers.
- Stimulate traffic flow.

Other things that Cherry has planned in the coming year:

- Continue the currently scheduled parties as long as they are sustainable.
- Bring back the *Slave Auctions* day and time as yet open as we need an auctioneer and identify times for greatest participation by girls.
- Booking of “Special” music venues.
- Advertising of events via the SL events calendar.


2) To maintain a fun and safe work environment:

Cherry and Crash Hastings (Director of Security) have been working together on this! Cherry makes it fun, and Crash keeps it safe! Some of the other ideas being discussed to maximize the fun and no-lag environment are:

- Making more space by annexing part of GSC into different sims to minimize prim use/lag.
- Creating training classes for new escorts. This will help new girls get clients more readily (and lower the frustration level).


3) To ensure only registered GSC escorts are authorized on the sim.

GSC has one of the best security systems on SL, and most of you don't even know about it!! Crash Hastings maintains a staff of six avis that patrol our school on a daily basis. The avis are rotated continuously, so they are very hard to identify. Even Loli doesn't know who they all are!!! These avis will proactively patrol the school looking for freelancers and troublemakers. Each of these avis are VERY SPECIFICALLY TRAINED on how to handle violators. It is our goal to maintain the best traffic possible, while enforcing our rules, so Crash and his staff are well trained to do exactly that! Since none of us know when an uncover security avi is on the sim, if any of our Escorts see suspected Freelancing, child avis, trouble makers... IM CRASH HASTINGS IMMEDIATELY! If you haven't added Crash to your friends list, please do so as soon as you can! Then IM him even if you suspect a problem! Even if Crash is not online, his IM's will go to his email/Blackberry. If he is able, he will log on immediately to take care of the situation. If his isn't able, he WILL approach the suspected trouble maker as soon as he logs on. Crash keeps detailed records of who is warned and banned, so PLEASE use Crash for your protection.

GSC is bigger than any one of us. Your Board of Directors works hard to provide you the most fun and safe enviroment possible. Many of these names will surprise you, because they hide their status in their profiles so they don't call attention to themselves. They include:
